So much has been written lately about the low carb keto diet and it caught my eye a few years ago. I went on the low carb diet on November 2018, and have lost 11 kilos since. Never felt better! So, here is an example of one of my once-per-day meals (I also fast for at least 16 hours/day): easy keto/low carb sausage, cheese, avocado and vegetables meal. It is ready in a under 10 minutes and it takes no effort whatsoever.
