What fruit to avoid in low carb diet?
Fruits such as bananas, passion fruit, pomegranates, pears, apples, mangoes, cherries, oranges, grapes, pineapple, peaches and plums contain more sugar than you think. Those of us who pursue a low carb lifestyle should avoid these high in sugar fruits.
What fruit are low carb friendly?
